Victor Andre Matteson (August 22, 1872 March 9, 1951) was an American architect whose practice was based in Chicago, Illinois. His work includes the Cardinal Hill Reservoir (1931) in Jefferson County, Kentucky; the Saginaw Water Works plant in Saginaw, Michigan; the Westclox plant building in Peru, Illinois;〔(Wilcox plant ) photo.〕 and the LaSalle Theater (1912) in LaSalle, Illinois.〔(LaSalle Theater ) Cinema Treasures.〕 Matteson became a member of the American Institute of Architects in 1917 and a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects in 1934.〔().
